We do not store, process, or have access to full credit or debit card details. Only limited transaction-related data (such as payment confirmation and billing metadata) is retained for accounting and recordkeeping purposes.

D. Information Imported from Third-Party Platforms

We may collect business or contact information submitted through LinkedIn lead forms or other authorized third-party interfaces.

This information is transferred securely via encrypted channels into our internal systems to facilitate legitimate business communication.

If a Business user expresses interest through an integrated form, an account may be created to enable secure collaboration and project management within the Portal.

5. How We Use Your Information


We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the US Fractional CFO Alliance Portal and related services. Specifically, we use your personal and technical information to:

  • Provide and manage access to Portal features, member tools, and related services.
  • Register, verify, and manage user accounts, including both Business and CFO member profiles.
  • Process payments securely through Stripe, our PCI DSS–compliant payment processor.

  • Customize and enhance your experience by displaying relevant content and streamlining the CFO–Business matching process.
  • Monitor and analyze usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain platform integrity and performance.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including recordkeeping, taxation, and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Import authorized submissions (such as from LinkedIn or other third-party lead forms) to create or activate verified accounts and enable secure communication within the Portal.

We use your information only for the purposes described above or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website and platform.

Despite our efforts to maintain strong security, no system or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Use of the Portal and online communications is at your own risk.

If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable U.S. data breach notification laws.

US Fractional CFO Alliance Inc. is a Florida-registered corporation.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. 

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
